All aminities mentioned on the website are included in the room rent. This includes cots, tables, chairs, WIFI. Bicycle is offered free to our long stay students. Short stay tenants can also use the bicycles, by paying a nominal rent.
We do not provide food. However, we have arranged for an external vendor to supply food at a nominal charge, to interested students. Also, all our hostels are located close to various food joints, giving students multiple options, at walkable distances.
Our caretaker is responsible for keeping the room and common areas clean. Besides this, we also engage an external person, at some of our hostel, to take care of the cleaning.
The rent payment is monthly, to be paid in advance at the beginning of the month, or the date at which the stay commenced. For e.g., if a student joins on 15th Jan, then the next advance rent will be payable on 15th Feb and so on…
We do not charge for water, as that is treated as an essential utility. Electricity usage is chargeable at actuals, but we reserve the right to waive off electricity charges, if the usage is nominal.
We take care of repairs and maintenance, which occurs due to wear and tear. However, any damage that is caused intentionally will be recovered from the tenants .
Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit at some of our hostels, from long stay students.
You can visit our website for details and contact info, regarding booking of a room. The availability at our hostels is shown and you can Book a bed by calling us or texting us on WhatsApp. You will need to make advance payment for 1 month, to book the bed.
50% of the booking amount is refundable, if you cancel before commencing your stay at the hostel. No refund will be done, after you commence stay at the hostel.
Yes, you will have to give a notice of 30 days, if you plan to leave. Else, the prorated amount will be deducted from the security deposit, when the refund is done.
Yes, the minimum duration of stay is one month. If you leave within a month, the rent for the month is still payable and no refund of the advance rent is done.
We recommend that you visit the hostel, to make a booking. However, you can make the booking prior to the visit as well, if you are sure of the decision.
Security deposit has to be paid separately, before commencement of stay. Advance rent for the month is to be paid at the time of booking.
Yes, we are flexible on this. You can decide the date you want to pay the rent in a recurring manner, by paying the difference for the 1st time. For e.g., if your date of joining is 21st of Apr and you would like to have the recurring payment on the 1st of the month, you can pay an additional rent for 10 days, to move the billing cycle to the 1st of the month.
This depends on the market conditions, though we do not seek to increase the rent by more than 10% in any year. Also, rent will increase only after a minimum of 1 year stay, for any tenant.

We can accommodate one or 2 delayed payments in a year, as a measure of goodwill. However, the delay can be a maximum of 5 days from the due date. Else, a penalty amount may be charged at Rs 100 , per day of delay.
Beds are allotted on a first come first serve basis. So, student coming first gets to choose the bed.
Yes , it is, subject to the conditions in the rent agreement. However, you will have to give a 30 days notice, before moving out. Else, the prorated amount of rent is deducted, from the security deposit. Also, any other dues, will be recovered, before the deposit is refunded.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a hostel for girls.
You need to contact the caretaker and inform him in advance, for any family visit. Also, we encourage only occasional visits, as this may inconvenience other hostel inmates.
